Pressure Injection – Jet Grouting

Jet grouting (DSV)
Jet grouting has several german abbreviations in the german-speaking countries (eg.: DSV, HDBV or HDI). The main area of application of jet grouting is the underpinning of structures as part of the construction of an excavation pit in inner city areas. It makes it possible to reduce deformations in adjacent buildings to a minimum. Additionally, this method allows the construction of waterproof excavation pits in the presence of groundwater.

Jet grouting while enclosing the jet with compressed air and/or water enables us to perfectly adapt our operations to the required project targets.

We have drilling rigs from the mini crawlers – suitable for operation even in the most tight basement areas, medium-sized equipment for construction in gaps between buildings and large-scale drilling rigs – with a drill depth above 30 m. The selection of equipment is complemented with various high-pressure pumps and a performance up to a maximum of 600 bar and 500 lit/sec.

The appropriate quality assurance is performed through a continuous recording of jet parameters and additionally – when required – of the actual drill hole drift.

Jet grouting has been certified by the German Institute of Construction Engineering in Berlin via our subsidiary in Germany. In principle, it may also be used in Austria when needed.
